During your FREE Personal Consultation we will ask several questions to establish your family history background and what you might like to discover. This session of up to one hourcould be conducted by telephone, in person or through email or a chat programme.
During this session we will:
- Identify what information you have
- Understand the resources you have available
- Formulate your family history project
- Suggest pathways for you to complete the project
Following this session you might decide to receive Individual Tuition to do the research yourself or have Family History Helper take care of your Ancestor Research for you. We can also perform some Specialist Look-Ups for you in records you might not have access to.

The Domesday Book details the landholdings and resources that belonged to King William the Conqueror in 1086. Visitors to nationalarchives.gov.uk/domesday will be able to search a place name and see the index entry made for the town, city or village.
